I was in an accident yesterday and not being familiar with the situation I was very much in shock and in tears. My car unfortunately was damaged too bad where it can't be driven, and your tow guy "Dan" was so calm and professional with me. Helped explain all the in and outs of how he could help me. He even asked how far along my ride was, and then offered to drive me up the road to the nearest 7eleven since it was very cold outside. Thank you Dan!!! You helped make a very scary situation much more manageable. Please give him the recognition he deserves.

We walked in on a whim today as my husbands key fob for his Dodge Ram wasn’t working and I am so happy we did. Chris, who assisted us, was absolutely stellar. He first tried to fix our malfunctioning key fob but with it being too far gone, he offered us a great deal on a new fob he had in store and programmed it for us right there! It took him less than ten minutes and he even took the extra time to help us figure out why the remote start wouldn’t work with the new fob. He provided outstanding customer service, above and beyond, and was just a wonderful person! I am so grateful we stopped in today and will be sure to visit this location for any of our other key needs! Thank you Chris!

I needed to replace a lost key for a toolbox and Parker Security Center saved the day. Chris was able to figure out the lock and manufacture a key with the speed and precision you only see from a tradesman who seriously knows their craft. The price was reasonable as well. I wish there was a 6 star option to give.
