Would definitely recommend using these kiosks. Conveniently placed inside King Soopers and all the keys I had made work perfectly.

I was in an accident yesterday and not being familiar with the situation I was very much in shock and in tears. My car unfortunately was damaged too bad where it can't be driven, and your tow guy "Dan" was so calm and professional with me. Helped explain all the in and outs of how he could help me. He even asked how far along my ride was, and then offered to drive me up the road to the nearest 7eleven since it was very cold outside. Thank you Dan!!! You helped make a very scary situation much more manageable. Please give him the recognition he deserves.

I locked myself out of my car and called KeyMe to get the thing unlocked. They were friendly enough when I called, but didn't discuss the price of their service with me. I had to call back to see what they would charge. They told me there was a $29 service charge for driving to my location. Then the technician would evaluate the work that needed doing and an additional cost of $90 to $200 could be charged. When the technician arrived, it took him 30 seconds to pry the door from the frame and reach in with a wire to tap the electronic unlock button. After seeing this, I assumed this service had to be around $90 because it was so easy to do. Zero complications. The technician presented me with $160 bill for his efforts. The bill was not itemized, so didn't identify the $29 service call. Nor did he attempt to explain why this work was worth an additional $130. I remember after the incident that I've had similar experiences with plumbers and electricians. This technician was a contractors to KeyMe. He is required to pay KeyMe as certain amount for each call they give him. KeyMe doesn't care what the technician charges, so the technician upcharges to make sure he gets the money he wants. The technician didn't even try to conform to KeyMe's pricing policy. This was a scam. Even though my car was unlocked, KeyMe and technician conspired to get more money out of me by taking advantage of my situation and obscuring the cost of their services. Maybe they all do this to their customers, but I would try another company before calling this one.

This is a scam operation. Please use someone else and save yourself the headache. This review is for KeyMe Support. I wrote a previous review documenting the scam associated with their pricing. I complained and was directed to the 'Support' department. The rep I spoke with was either incompetent or simply reading from a list of predetermined responses. She took no time to understand what my issue was and she kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though I asked he to stop. She suggested my problems with their pricing was my fault because I didn't ask the right questions about the pricing. She completely disregarded any obligation on their part to disclose the specific cost of the service, only the range. Unacceptable!

Do NOT use this company. They will scam you. No one arrived to my location and they still charged me $30 for a service fee.

Very unprofessional, very rude, and no communication. I called to get a price quote and they sent someone before I agreed or got a price. I was able to locate the key that had been lost and answered who I thought was the person giving me the quote and it was the guy sent to fix me key. Very rude, lack of communication. As someone who works in costumer service I would not recommend

Shady! I asked for an estimate and by the time they called I had already fixed my lock issue by hiring someone else. They then called to collect because they claimed to have scheduled someone to come over when I never agreed to any work.
