I was in an accident yesterday and not being familiar with the situation I was very much in shock and in tears. My car unfortunately was damaged too bad where it can't be driven, and your tow guy "Dan" was so calm and professional with me. Helped explain all the in and outs of how he could help me. He even asked how far along my ride was, and then offered to drive me up the road to the nearest 7eleven since it was very cold outside. Thank you Dan!!! You helped make a very scary situation much more manageable. Please give him the recognition he deserves.

Was easy to use, and in lobby/vending area of a Walmart. It cut out 3 keys for me and they all worked well. Reasonable prices as well.

I needed an extra 🔑 to my daughter's apartment and I was able to get one fast and inexpensive with minute key. I've used this service before and it's always been good. Walking out of Walmart my daughter said "mom do you still want a 🔑 to my apartment?" And there the machine was waiting for business. If minute key wasn't there I would have had to come during business hours cause Walmart was closing. With the machine I was able to do it right there with no problem. And my keys always worked. ☺

I was trying to copy a total of 60 keys for a new building, but towards the end the card reader didn’t work anymore and I was shorted 7 keys to finish. I had to go to Home Depot. I would like to see an option to cut more than 11 keys at once, instead of having to do that multiple times to reach my number.
