When i called the first time, stopped into the shop, AND had them come out to my car...i was told it was $50 to reprogram my key...only after 5 separate conversations AND THE JOB WAS DONE was i told about an ADDITIONAL $65 "service fee." I wouldn't be mad IF i knew this before hand...but i did ask FOR THE TOTAL COST 3 times and was STILL taken by surprise at the end of the job...

It's electronics at its finest! You don't have to stand around waiting for a store attendant to help you that doesn't want to help you.... on the way out of the store just slide in your master key want to make a copy. Answer a few easy questions select your choice of payment and about a minute later you have yourself a new copy of the key.

I attempted to have two keys made. Both did not work on my door. Each replacement key did not have a little peak that was on the originals. The only reason I give this two stars is because of their customer service. I called their customer service and they refunded my money immediately. Makes you wonder how often they have to do it. No questions asked.
