When i called the first time, stopped into the shop, AND had them come out to my car...i was told it was $50 to reprogram my key...only after 5 separate conversations AND THE JOB WAS DONE was i told about an ADDITIONAL $65 "service fee." I wouldn't be mad IF i knew this before hand...but i did ask FOR THE TOTAL COST 3 times and was STILL taken by surprise at the end of the job...

I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional locksmith who knows how to keep their cool, even when the customer is frustrated. My life was saved by one of their technicians, Ken, with a car lockout. Ken went above and beyond to pop the trunk of my car (where my keys where locked) to assist me in retaining my keys. Ken was professional, extremely helpful, and as I said, saved my life on a Monday. Ken worked quickly and attempted several different strategies after some initial issues.
