I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional locksmith who knows how to keep their cool, even when the customer is frustrated. My life was saved by one of their technicians, Ken, with a car lockout. Ken went above and beyond to pop the trunk of my car (where my keys where locked) to assist me in retaining my keys. Ken was professional, extremely helpful, and as I said, saved my life on a Monday. Ken worked quickly and attempted several different strategies after some initial issues. When i called the first time, stopped into the shop, AND had them come out to my car...i was told it was $50 to reprogram my key...only after 5 separate conversations AND THE JOB WAS DONE was i told about an ADDITIONAL $65 "service fee." I wouldn't be mad IF i knew this before hand...but i did ask FOR THE TOTAL COST 3 times and was STILL taken by surprise at the end of the job...

I needed a key for my trailer l was told that there are several styles of keys used for that. So after offering to remove the lock assembly and bring it to him to make a key ,l asked how much it will cost? He told me he wasn't sure. Then I asked him if it would be more than 25 or 30 bucks because I could get the assembly for about 30 bucks. His answer was "just go do that then". WOW really. Okay then. Found the right key 🔑 online free shipping 10.89. Third time trying to do business with this co. They do suck. Go anywhere else.
