Very poor business integrity/etiquette. I was charged $250 after one of their locksmith broke a screw off in my steering wheel column; granted, the locksmith did successfully fulfill on the job he was hired for, but he damaged my steering wheel column in process. Had to reschedule 4 times for another to come out. The supervisor Alex said the locksmith would reimburse me and take out the screw. That locksmith that came out said he was only their to take out screw and not refund me. That same locksmith also claimed that I was being picky and copped a really poor attitude when I told him his supervisor promised me refund/repair. I have called back and the supervisor has not responded back with an explanation. He flat out lied to me. A business that can't pay their liabilities should not be in business in the first place.

I didn’t receive a receipt and attempted to call the company. Both numbers on the website are for a different company, who had no record of the work done at my house. Seems to be a call center that gives referrals to companies. I found out later the work is subcontracted. Won’t be using again and do not recommend.

Master key separated from the vob on my 2007 Toyota Camry. He provided me with a new flip key and spare. Prompt, efficient, effective service. Seamless process. Less than 30 min. Cannot recommend any higher. A job very well done.

100 percent satisfied. Losing my keys in itself was stressful enough, not to mention the headache in trying to find someone to actually do it right and not get ripped off. From the time I called to the time of completion it had only taken an hour! The gentleman was very professional and even made an extra key for my toolbox the next day at no charge! Highly recommend and will use again if needed!

My key fob was not working on my Altima they came out the next morning and restored my old key and reprogram the new key. I couldn’t ask for anything more and the price was very reasonable compared to going to a dealer. Thank you for a great job.
