I have been to the TrueValue in Cotati many times. For me, a hardware store is like Chuck E. Cheese is to a 7 yr. Old. The Cotati TV is no exception. I have bought tools, paint, tile adhesive and grout, base board, screw, nuts bolts, hinges, cleaning suplies, plimbing fixtures, a flashlight, sandpaper and had a screen repaired. The building is deceptively large. It appears small on the outside. It is smallish when compared to the big box home improvement places but.contains almost anything you might need. Because it is not huge, you can find what you need without hiking boots and a map. They close at 6:30pm which sucks. Other than that, the place is straight up fire.

Up from some distance away - and really liked the redwood picnic tables they have - we asked about delivery, and Sam (owner/manager?) was SO helpful and quoted a really reasonable price for a fairly distant delivery run. The following week we called in, paid for the table and delivery, and he came out same day, great energy, great help, and we have a really nice and fairly priced table. We are really happy. If we lived closer, we would be frequent customers. Thanks Sam.

I like this place cause the Staff is so friendly & knowwww where all the inventory is & on what isle‼️💯‼️ Prices are fair. Tools are expensive but most, are 🤷‍♂️
