I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately “5 minutes” later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge “REALLY”? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.

As the owner of a business in direct competion to John I feel the need to write this reveiw as other less credible locksmiths have taken it apon themselves to write bad reveiws about others. I can say of John in the dealings I have had with him that he is an excellent locksmith and always does his best for his customers.

I just phoned Sonoma Security Lock and told them about my situation. It would be a mobile call. I was told that because the key was a tube type key, they didn't have too much experience in picking this type of lock. They referred me to Wilson's Lock and told me that they had more experience in those types of locks. They also told me another option would be to drill it out and purchase a new lock but that would cost more than the mobile call. Thank you for being up front and not charging me for something you might not be able to fix. If needed again, I will contact you in the future.
