They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.

Went in to get a new car key since my former one was falling apart. Process was super simple, came in told them what I wanted, asked me a few questions, and then they started up the machine and all I did was wait there and looked at all the keys they had on their walls for about 10-15 mins. Service was professional and friendly. I will be coming back for other key related things I need, plus they have many fun key designs that I liked.

I needed a second key fob. Konni answered all my questions on how to get this done. Dave cut the key and programmed the new fob. I used a new key fob purchased online with the part and FCC numbers of my existing fob. No problems.

Friendly, helpful atmosphere. I got 3 keys made in 5 minutes for less than half the price of a nearby kiosk (that couldn't handle a car key). Friendly dog kept me occupied while keys were being made. This is the place!!
