They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.

We had a flat tire and Manuel came out to fix it. He was there in about 15 minutes. Our truck is a 2008 gmc. We did not have the tool to get the spare tire out but Manuel had one to fit our truck. We never used our spare before and our truck was hit from behind. Manuel had to work very hard to get that spare tire out, but he did finally. We were so grateful. His price for coming out to fix the tire situation was so reasonable too, we tipped him, but I only wished we could have tip him more. This guy, Manuel, is a winner! My husband and I truly believe Manuel is definitely an up and coming star, a great asset to our community. Show him some support you'll! Debbie & Jesse

WHAT A LIFE SAVER!! I was driving home from work at around 2 am a couple nights ago and I ran out of gas! I didn’t have AAA and had no idea who to call! I decided to search online in which I found this super reliable company :) The man who answered had the quickest response time and came out and put gas in my tank; all in 20 minutes!
