The store and it's staff are always so friendly and helpful. They get to know you as you come in providing the "part of the family" aspect so many other stores do not have. Remaining open during the pandemic and going above and beyond to try and help people. Thanks to Mike and his staff for doing an awesome job.

I'm not sure what ever happened to customer service. Went to this locally owned True Value to see about getting a pair of vice grips warranted. The staff called Irwin " vice grips" while I was there and was told that they were warranted and that Irwin could send a replacement set to the True Value or direct to my house. But he wouldn't just give me the set they had in stock. Drove right down the road to Lowes and grabbed a new set of shelf and customer service did the swap for me in under 2 minutes. This is why locally owned small businesses will continue to go out of business. Customer service just isn't there anymore.
