Do not go through these guys. They say they give you a quote before they perform the service but they don't. They also go through external businesses to come service you so it's not necessarily KeyMe that comes. I recently had someone come to repair the jammed door latch and they didn't give me a quote. They charged me $250 to fix but didn't tell me the price til afterwards and left me without a doorknob so I had to install it myself. When I called KeyMe on why the process was so bad and why they didn't give me a quote, they told me that couldn't find my purchase order. If you go through KeyMe, just know, it is pretty sketchy and payment is under the table and there is no record of it.

This company is a total scam!!!!!! You are not calling an actual local locksmith, you speak to a call center in another country and then they use scare tactics to get you to pay them immediately without giving you a chance to get other quotes! Extremely rude customer service!!!
