Does not do double sided keys that aren't for vehicles. Not sure why they chose to put "copies any key!" all over it, because that's false advertising. Customer service was polite on the phone.

The key came in earlier than I had expected it to. It was the exact key I needed and had a beautiful wrap design that did not interfere with the actual use of the key. But. The key didn't work. One piece at the top of the key was too long so the teeth never reached far enough. I'm assuming it has something to do with the way we measured it in store, at some point where we didn't have it in far enough. But it was an easy fix because I recognized the issue. I got a Dremyl and shaved down that piece and it worked perfectly. I could've sent it back but why would I if I could fix the issue? I would even still buy keys from them in the future, but just be careful about the initial key scanning. Follow all instructions because the machine can only do so much. Edit: relative and I ordered a few more keys. All except one worked but I'm still sure I can fix the issue. All of them are very high quality and the original key's design hasn't gotten damaged at all versus other designer keys who's paint chips/fades away. Overall pleased. Don't need more keys though, so.

Mom of three, rushing off to take my kids to an event, as soon as I closed the door I realized the keys were inside our home. The rental didn't have spares so I called KeyMe. The young lady I spoke too was kind and knew where the Tech was located. I received updated text from the Tech about his arrival. He was quick and was very kind. I'd definitely recommend them.
