I have a swinging balcony door that has been very difficult to open and close. Over the last year, I have consulted 3 different locksmith and door repair companies to try and figure out why this door was so difficult and how to fix it. The first two companies that I worked with told me the door was repairable but they had no idea what was wrong. The third company that I called told me that the latches on the door needed to be replaced and the parts were likely a custom order. I called The Flying Locksmith because I wanted a second opinion.
