Unfortunately my truck was towed this morning though not by choice. However I am extremely grateful that it was this company who was called. The driver, Dustin, was awesome and very understanding when it came to my situation. He helped me out when he didn’t have to and for me that goes a long way. I have a swinging balcony door that has been very difficult to open and close. Over the last year, I have consulted 3 different locksmith and door repair companies to try and figure out why this door was so difficult and how to fix it. The first two companies that I worked with told me the door was repairable but they had no idea what was wrong. The third company that I called told me that the latches on the door needed to be replaced and the parts were likely a custom order. I called The Flying Locksmith because I wanted a second opinion. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. The locksmith was on-time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It the locksmith 30 minutes to diagnosis and fix the door. My difficult balcony door was a 30 minute project that I have wasted a cumulative 5+ hours trying to find someone to fix it.
