QUEL ARNAQUE !!!!! Quand j'ai d'abord appelé pour obtenir de l'aide, on m'a donné un devis d'environ 55 $. Tout ce dont j'avais besoin était d'entrer dans ma voiture car j'étais enfermé dehors. Le technicien a ensuite essayé de me dire 300 $ après avoir terminé... !!! J'étais très suspicieux à ce stade, alors j'ai rappelé le siège social. Une des dames avec qui j'ai parlé m'a même dit que cela semblait trop élevé, alors elle a dit qu'elle allait contacter le superviseur et revenir vers moi (elle ne l'a pas fait). Son prix est tombé à 280 $, 250 $, 240 $ puis le final qui était 220 $... Sans parler du fait que tout le temps, le technicien menaçait de me renfermer à nouveau dehors/appeler les flics sur moi pour ne pas avoir payé... J'ai essayé de rappeler le siège social. J'ai été mis en attente plusieurs fois et j'ai finalement réussi à les joindre. Je n'ai pas pu obtenir de réponse claire concernant les tarifs. Elle ne cessait de me dire "cela dépend des outils qu'ils utilisent." Tout ce qu'il a utilisé, ce sont quelques cales à pompe pour entrer et un long fil pour déverrouiller... J'ai fini par lui donner 200 $ juste pour qu'il me laisse tranquille. Horrible entreprise. Très mauvaise communication. Attention aux gens.

J'ai utilisé cette entreprise et j'ai été agréablement surpris par mon expérience. De la connaissance du technicien au personnel amical avec qui j'ai parlé en appelant... merci d'avoir rendu une période difficile un peu plus facile à gérer. Je vais définitivement les utiliser à nouveau.

Le service et la planification se sont bien déroulés et étaient à l'heure. J'avais un coffre-fort Amazon Basics peu coûteux que je devais ouvrir. On m'a dit au téléphone que les prix commençaient à 65 $ et qu'il y aurait un coût supplémentaire de 20 $ pour venir chez moi. On m'a dit par téléphone que la serrure serait simplement percée et détruite - même en personne. J'ai demandé le prix avant le début des travaux car je pensais qu'il ne devrait pas être supérieur à 65 $ pour un travail aussi simple. Cela a été confirmé, en paraphrasant, oui, 65 $, c'est un travail simple. Puis le gars s'en va et je dois payer - non, ce n'est pas 65 $. Pour faire court, c'est environ 150 $ au total, y compris les frais de 20 $. Je m'attendais à payer environ 85 $ plus un peu plus pour les taxes et le pourboire. Cela ressemblait beaucoup à une arnaque et m'a vraiment mis mal à l'aise la façon dont le prix a été gonflé à la fin de la transaction. La personne qui est arrivée m'a également donné sa carte et a suggéré plusieurs fois que je l'appelle directement pour tout travail futur. En gros, cela semble avoir été sous-traité à quelqu'un qui a l'habitude de duper les gens pour leur argent de manière non professionnelle et sournoise. Soyez averti et diligent sur les prix avant le début des travaux si vous utilisez cette entreprise.
