*Non lié à la qualité du service * J'étais un client, mais je viens généralement à cet endroit uniquement pour le travail. Je suis superviseur pour une grande entreprise de la région et cette entreprise a un compte actif avec ce serrurier pour remplacer/réparer des clés. Si une clé est cassée ou si nous avons besoin de faire des copies, nous venons ici. Au cours des 4 dernières années, je suis venu ici pour le travail, en uniforme, avec ma radio de répartition à la hanche, pendant mon service pour faire des clés pour le bâtiment. Je suis généralement accueilli avec un service peu engageant et des attitudes négatives, mais je n'ai pas le choix de venir ici, donc je fais avec. Aujourd'hui, je devais faire 1 copie, on m'a dit que le type de clé « n'est pas une clé restreinte pour ___(mon entreprise) ». Je reçois généralement un reçu de facture, mais aujourd'hui on m'a demandé de payer 4 $ pour cette clé, et on m'a agressivement dit que ce n'était pas une clé liée au bâtiment. J'aurais dû partir et garder la clé, mais je ne l'ai pas fait, ils ont de nouveau examiné la clé et ont de nouveau demandé à payer pour cela, ou à facturer 15 $ au compte. Je veux dire, ce n'est pas ma clé donc elle peut être facturée à qui que ce soit pour n'importe quel montant, ce n'est pas vraiment mon problème. Mais encore une fois, pour garder la paix, j'ai payé cette clé moi-même et l'ai facturée à l'évidence. L'attitude et la façon dont ils me parlent étaient injustifiées, alors qu'ils me voient ici chaque mois. Je suis la seule femme de mon équipe et bien que je ne m'attende pas à ce qu'ils « se souviennent de moi », mon uniforme n'est pas si commun et ma raison de venir ici peut toujours être vérifiée. Je ne suis plus un client ici pour moi-même, et je vais juste demander à mes collègues masculins de prendre cette tâche à l'avenir. Un autre exemple de mauvaises compétences interpersonnelles au travail.

Ils étaient géniaux ! Ils soutiennent leur produit. J'ai un secrétaire antique et je n'arrivais pas à faire fonctionner la clé. Ils sont venus à la maison et ont réparé la serrure. Daniel était génial ! Il a fait cela très rapidement et maintenant la clé fonctionne parfaitement. Je les utiliserais définitivement à nouveau !

Je vis dans ma maison de Sandy Springs depuis 30 ans et je n'ai utilisé que Sandy Springs Locksmith. Cependant, Daniel Barber est venu réparer la serrure de ma porte d'entrée aujourd'hui et sans aucun doute, c'est le meilleur que j'ai vu. Daniel était ponctuel, professionnel, poli et très agréable. Plus important encore, il a communiqué et expliqué tout ce qu'il faisait. Daniel a fait un effort supplémentaire. Il était ce que le service client devrait être ! Sandy Springs Locksmith est une organisation supérieure bien connue. Je les utilise depuis des années. Maintenant, ils ont Dan Barber et mon admiration est encore plus grande. Dan est venu à court préavis et s'est mis au travail. Il a réinstallé une lourde porte en verre coulissante que je ne pouvais même pas soulever et l'a remise en état rapidement. Ensuite, il s'est attaqué au mécanisme de notre porte d'entrée. C'est une poignée de porte intérieure antique en laiton lourd qui était tombée et s'était séparée. Il a dit, c'est l'un de mes verrous antiques préférés et je le connais bien. J'étais émerveillé par ses connaissances et ses compétences. Puis, j'ai remarqué que la lourde porte en chêne ne pendait pas comme elle le devrait, alors il l'a re-fixée avec des vis plus lourdes. Un excellent service avec le sourire et qui vaut bien le prix. J'ai utilisé cette entreprise au fil des ans. Ils étaient professionnels et compétents. L'expérience d'hier ne l'était pas. La personne qui est venue a expliqué que l'ensemble poignée/serrure ne pouvait pas être installé sur la porte-fenêtre car le cadre de la porte n'était pas assez épais. Pour la deuxième porte, il n'a même pas ouvert la boîte pour voir si le nouvel ensemble poignée/serrure fonctionnerait sur la porte française (bois et verre) qui va du salon au porche. Il est resté là, le pied en avant et la main sur la hanche pendant que mon aide ouvrait la boîte. Le serrurier m'a dit qu'il n'aimait pas avoir sa soirée interrompue et en partant, il m'a regardé dans les yeux et a dit : "Tu veux devenir désagréable ?" ---J'avais réservé le rendez-vous il y a environ 2 semaines entre 10h et 16h.---Le serrurier m'a dit que son emploi du temps était "dérangé". ---Il m'a dit qu'il serait ici à 16h30.--Après 17h30, je l'ai appelé. Il m'a dit qu'il était au magasin. Je ne suis qu'à environ 15 minutes du magasin. Il est arrivé vers 17h45.
