My daughters lock was not installed properly. A fire trap couldn't unlock from the inside and when she called for service within months of installation they came out and charged another $300.00 and it still didn't work properly. Thank goodness for an amazing carpenter we hired who told us the lock was not installed properly and we hope fixed the issues. The clinker was the service call charge of which nothing was done but a minor adjustment within a week later it didn't work again.

I really question what kind of expertise the people who are employed by this company have...I understand their terms of the costs in that they will send someone out in an emergency, but you'd expect that they send someone out who somewhat knows what they're doing and isn't on youtube on their phone most of the time watching videos of "how to unlock..." (the same videos that I was watching before giving up and calling in a "professional") or calling their supervisor almost every 5 minutes to ask what they should do...And eventually not be able to get anything done (and charge the fee to be out for the emergency - almost $200) and recommend that a higher technician come out the next day and charge you again for that... Disappointed in their abilities and business ethics/professionalism is a complete understatement...

Do not whatsoever use this company. They are scammers completely. They did a small service on a lock for us and told us the amount would be somewhere near $300 but now are charging us upwards of $1000. This is ridiculous and this business should be ashamed for ripping people off in this way. DO NOT USE THEM!

Customer support and service was good. The challenge was that credit/debit cards only available for purchases $25 and above but was able to think through some additional lock services needed to make for a successful purchase

Houdini lock and safe is the real deal, these guys are professionals, when I called them, I spoke with Larry and he was able to tell me on the phone exactly how he was going to fix my issue. Every other place I called just typed in the make and model of my car and they told me they couldn’t help. I had my car left there after the shop had closed and the next morning when I called the work was already done and my car was ready for me. Larry got the job done for me quick without any hassle, they really do very high quality work at Houdini lock and safe and I would highly recommend them for lock and safe that you may need if you are looking for timely, efficient, high quality work.
