Keys do Not work. So now I have to go back to store to redo!!!

I needed to copy a key, so off to Lowes I went. For simplicity, I used the Minute Key automated kiosk to purchase my duplicate keys. The system is easy to use and gives a few different looks to choose from (if you want to tell your keys from one another). Most importantly, the duplicates made by the system fit my lock easily (no jiggling required). I would use this service again.

The automated kiosk worked great. Very easy and convenient way to get a key copied. There was no searching for a store employee to make a key. It took about 5 minutes to get 4 keys made. I also received 1 free key.

Needed additional house keys, went to Lowes to have them made. While they do have a person to do this, they also had this machine. ( It looks like a lime green ATM). Very easy to follow instructions, good selection of unique key options in addition to standard brass. Easy payment methods. Fair pricing. New keys within minutes.
