In the past 2 weeks I have had nothing but horrible experiences calling and emailing major us companies. Hung up on, no response to emails on hold 45 minutes and then hung up on. Not so with batteries plus! Called, not put on hold, and talked to a knowledgeable person. He went to another store, got my battery and returned it to the store I needed. Went there and done in 10 minutes. They followed covid guidelines perfectly! GREAT job to the staff there. They deserve a bonus!

Great experience on Saturday Feb 6th. I spoke with one store employee on the phone who helped me determine the correct battery for my Blink camera. I spoke with another when I entered the store who located the batteries quickly . Both employees were knowledgeable, quick but most of all very friendly and professional. Kudos to both gentlemen. I watched several other patrons come in who were treated as I was. The staff even went outside to assure the correct item was bought for a patron that was ahead of me. Thanks guys. Retail customer service is ALIVE and well.

Went here a few months ago to have the battery replaced in my key fob. They did a great job. I went here on Friday morning June 9th, 2021 because I thought my car battery was going. They tested the battery and said it was good but my starter was going. I took the car to my mechanic and he diagnosed my issue as a failing battery. Mechanic changed the battery ad all is good. Be careful.
