Needed to rekey several doors. Told him that I was NOT in a hurry. Gave me a quote and he said that he was going to do it the next day. Next day he did not show up. Called he said that was too busy to keep me informed. Eventually 3 days later he showed up, but when it was time to pay the price it was almost triple his original quote. Eventually we negotiated a small discount. However, he had to come back because he had only rekeyed one side of one door. He wanted to charge me again for the job that he was supposed to have done already. Four months later the lock he replaced is not working and he wants to charge me again $75 service call. Don't trust verbal quote. Service call is roo high and In general find somebody more forthcoming and competent.

I have used Cox for years and always had great service. They re-keyed a door lock for me and Ive had numerous duplicate keys cut there. Staff is always courteous and service is fast.

We used them to change the locks at our business. They offered a special key set that is perfect for our needs. The price was reasonable. They showed up on time and stood behind their work. Later when a key felt sticky, they came by and adjusted the lock at no charge. Will continue to work them for all our needs!
