Called and he went out of his way for me. The problem I was having more a less solved itself. He was only 1min from me and explained that the problem is common. He also told me how to fix the problem when I got home. I asked him to please meet me anyway. He said he was happy to see I got my ignition to work. He also said its ok you just go on home with the advice he had given me. I offered to pay him something, anything for his time. He said its fine you just go home and have a good evening. I must say this experience was wonderful. Even though it more a less solved itself. He was polite and very helpful. I would recommend him for anyone in need of his service. I appreciate everything.

Wow. Amazing service. The east side messed up my order so I called here instead. The battery I needed was in Appleton so they said it would be a few days being it was Saturday. Not a problem. I received a call a few hours later saying it was there. The manager ran to appleton himself to make things right. Way to go above and beyond. Thank you!

You have never let me down. And I visit your store for uncommon batteries ( computer, phone, etc.) and the battery is always in stock! Your employee always installs it and checks the device for proper function.
