I went in to have an ATV key cut. I had to purchase the blank from Yamaha...$6. Sage Security cut the key. I returned home and it did not work. I called asking for my money back as it did not work. $5. The gentlemen then told me that he said it was the wrong blank. I do not recall that as a part of any of the conversation. If you felt the blank was wrong. DON’T CUT THE KEY! Now I’m out $11 and having to start over. Unprofessional...

Our family has done business here for many years through the janitorial company we worked for. Recently we needed some key blanks cut. Even though we did not purchase the blanks from them, they were more than happy to cut them. Also informing us they would not start the vehicle, which we knew. For a small fee we had 2 keys cut while other businesses turned us away. I will make sure we return here for our future needs.

I've been doing business with Sage for over 20 years and they only seem to get better with time; unremarkable, I suppose, but their starting point was perfection. I recently had them come out to install a deadbolt in a steel door where there was not previously any hole for a deadbolt. I'm fairly handy, but this is the kind of thing you call professionals to do. My bill for this service call was remarkably reasonable ... and, while there, they noticed I was having a problem with the lock mechanism on my Dr. Pepper commercial soda machine. So, they took the lock out of the soda machine, brought it back to their shop, re-keyed it, and came back a few days later at no additional charge to install it. Good old-fashioned quality service at a fair price -- the saying "they don't make them like they used to" doesn't apply here ...
