Lockworks might as well be called "Hero Works." The Eric and Matt show did what two places in Madison, WI and one in Milwaukee, WI could not do. For whatever reason, replacing a key fob for a 2005 GTO became a challenge. These guys were tenacious and got 'er done. Yes. I would highly recommend them.

These people were great! I had a difficult situation with an ATV key remake. The key wasn’t a standard Yamaha key for the used vehicle I purchased. I was charged for the first key that ended up not working. Which was fine because I wasn’t charged for the subsequent two keys that were made. The third key was the charm. Exact quote, “You paid for a service that we have not provided yet.” Was what I heard when I went to grab my wallet to pay for the second attempt. I will go here for all my locksmith services. I live in Neenah, if that tells you anything.

Had them order me a key fob, I called the day it was supposed to come in and a female said she would confirm it was in and call me back. Never called me back and doesn’t answer when I call them. Don’t waste your time with this business.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house Sunday afternoon 2-14-21. I had on a light winter jacket because I was taking the dog out. It was bitter cold so I walked to neighbor’s house and called Lockworks. The person who answered took all my information and told me I would need proof of residence and some form of ID. No problem. Then she told me I needed to PRE PAY. I explained I was locked out of the house with my dog, I didn’t have access to my debit card but would pay in full as soon as I was able to get my purse which was in the house. The woman again said I needed to prepay, this was policy. I asked her how I could do this again explaining everything was in the house. She told me to call the police, maybe they could find someone to help AND HUNG UP. I’ve used this business a few years ago when I was locked out but because of the way I was treated I’ll never use it again AND I’ll make a point of telling everyone I can about this service failure. Thank God my neighbor let me and the dog sit in his house until I found another locksmith to help me. VERY POOR!!!
