They were amazing. I did not have an emergency but they appeared within a few hours of my call. Within 15 minutes of arrival I had new keys for a lock that had been keyless for a couple of years.

***THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM, BEWARE*** Had a problem with a back door not unlocking. A representative came out, replaced the lock (to the tune of $500). The lock immediately did not work the next day. Called them back, he told me it was broken again and it was the fault of the door and that the residential lock I had used was not sufficient (exact same as previous knob which had been in operation for at least 5 years). Said I required a commercial lock, which I was charged for plus installation despite having already paid $500 for work that immediately failed, an additional $160. This company doesn’t even have a one day warranty for their work. Now the new lock doesn’t work. More alarming, the service tech told me his pay structure was based off of google reviews and when I said I was fine leaving a review, took my phone and did it himself. The reviews are not real, and I’ve been scammed out of at least $660 and still do not have a functional lock. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did and go off of false internet reviews and use a reputable company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I work for a General Contractor, and we used this company to re-key the Shake Shack at the Woodlands Mall. After about 4 months, the locks were having issues. Between the store manager at Shake Shake and I, we must have called them a dozen times, always being told a technician would call in 5 mins. No one ever called. After my last attempt to contact Get Locksmith, there was a recording that they blocked my number. Absolutely unprofessional!

Let me summarize B”H Locksmith services In 3 letter: Wow! What a great service! I called B”H when locked out from my house (yeah, the batteries of the front door electronic lock died and I didn’t take care of it) in a Sunny hot Sunday afternoon with me, my wife and my baby locked out, plus all my nephews and nieces visiting from out of town. Shay answered my 1st call and got there in minutes…so quickly that the kids didn’t even get time to get bored waiting in the car! The service was super quick, clean and price was really, really reasonable. I can’t thank B”H Locksmith enough for the help and excellent service that they just provided. Otherwise, today would have been a nightmare!

I called BH Locksmith to inquire about fixing 2 locks on my home. They answered the phone quickly and were at my house in 30 minutes. The technician was very polite and professional. He quickly found the problem and quickly was able to fix it. Would def. use them again if needed. Great service!

BH locksmith is the best! I called several locksmiths around the houston area and BH Locksmith had the best price and best customer service. It took about two days to completely fix my ignition issue because a specific part was needed, but the locksmith was in constant contact and never left me hanging. Someone tried shoving a screwdriver into my ignition in attempts to steal it 😒. Glad it's finally fixed, I've never had such a good experience with a locksmith. Would highly recommend.
