***THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM, BEWARE*** Had a problem with a back door not unlocking. A representative came out, replaced the lock (to the tune of $500). The lock immediately did not work the next day. Called them back, he told me it was broken again and it was the fault of the door and that the residential lock I had used was not sufficient (exact same as previous knob which had been in operation for at least 5 years). Said I required a commercial lock, which I was charged for plus installation despite having already paid $500 for work that immediately failed, an additional $160. This company doesn’t even have a one day warranty for their work. Now the new lock doesn’t work. More alarming, the service tech told me his pay structure was based off of google reviews and when I said I was fine leaving a review, took my phone and did it himself. The reviews are not real, and I’ve been scammed out of at least $660 and still do not have a functional lock. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did and go off of false internet reviews and use a reputable company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I work for a General Contractor, and we used this company to re-key the Shake Shack at the Woodlands Mall. After about 4 months, the locks were having issues. Between the store manager at Shake Shake and I, we must have called them a dozen times, always being told a technician would call in 5 mins. No one ever called. After my last attempt to contact Get Locksmith, there was a recording that they blocked my number. Absolutely unprofessional!

I literally got my key in the mail and as soon as I did I called Rami and he showed up in 15 minutes. My experience was less than 30 minutes all together ! Rami got to my house really fast and it only took 15 minutes to install my new key fob ! Super easy, incredible price, I called plenty other places and this was the best one. Contacted “Key on the Spot” at 8:03 pm. Rami pulled up at 8:33. Very professional, one set price “no hidden or unmentioned fees” and educated me about my car key! Lol! It took him a little less than 30 minutes to complete!! We tested the keys and it worked perfectly!! I highly recommend KEY ON THE SPOT!!

I lost my keyfob for my car at Best Buy during a holiday weekend. I called and spoke directly to the technician not an operator who would have a technician to give me a call. He had excellent customer service came on time kept in communication with me and kept me calm. He took about 15 minutes to open the car and get me back rolling every dime was worth it it was affordable and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith.
