The price had been fair. Very fast repair was done. I feel they have gone around and beyond to get the repair done quickly so I can get my car back for the weekend. Shop and office were also looking very clean. Personnel was really competent!

***THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM, BEWARE*** Had a problem with a back door not unlocking. A representative came out, replaced the lock (to the tune of $500). The lock immediately did not work the next day. Called them back, he told me it was broken again and it was the fault of the door and that the residential lock I had used was not sufficient (exact same as previous knob which had been in operation for at least 5 years). Said I required a commercial lock, which I was charged for plus installation despite having already paid $500 for work that immediately failed, an additional $160. This company doesn’t even have a one day warranty for their work. Now the new lock doesn’t work. More alarming, the service tech told me his pay structure was based off of google reviews and when I said I was fine leaving a review, took my phone and did it himself. The reviews are not real, and I’ve been scammed out of at least $660 and still do not have a functional lock. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did and go off of false internet reviews and use a reputable company.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I work for a General Contractor, and we used this company to re-key the Shake Shack at the Woodlands Mall. After about 4 months, the locks were having issues. Between the store manager at Shake Shake and I, we must have called them a dozen times, always being told a technician would call in 5 mins. No one ever called. After my last attempt to contact Get Locksmith, there was a recording that they blocked my number. Absolutely unprofessional!

Great service! I called and spoke to Chase over the phone and he was very helpful and polite. The communication was great throughout the whole process. He was scheduled to come at 9am Saturday and called me to say he was running early! Don't hear that often at all especially from tow services. Once he got here we quickly found out that my from drum breaks had froze up. Chase said no problem and quickly came up with a solution. 20 minutes later my 1954 Bel Air has arrived at it's new location. Chase was super helpful and made it look easy getting my car straight into the garage from the flatbed. Can't say enough nice things about this company and Chase. Appreciate y'all and thank you for transporting my dream car safety to it's new home. I definitely recommend you give them a call for any of your classic car transport needs ask for Chase. Also, the price was great I didn't even flinch at the price that he quoted me.

Hand down the BEST, FASTEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL towing company in Pearland!!! My car needed to get to a mechanic shop near downtown, I made arrangements with another towing company and they never showed up. I called and spoke to Chase, explained my situation and in 20 minutes he had arrived to tow the car. I followed behind Chase to speak to the mechanics and he did an amazing job in making sure I didn’t loose him on the road. He was VERY accommodating once we arrived to the shop and sought out the safest area to unload the car. I am beyond thankful for Randee’s Towing, specifically for Chase. I am a forever customer and will recommend them to everyone.
