I was stuck at a job site and needed to leave for another appointment, when I noticed I had locked my key inside my vehicle. I called, and John said it would be about 30min. to get someone out. When I mentioned my need to leave, he said he would do his best to expedite the call. I waited only about 10min. and his locksmith (also John) arrived and gained entry within minutes. While he was there. I asked him to cut a second key as a spare. He had the work done within 10min. and I was able to make my appointment on time. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The entire job, from call to completion, was done in less time than their own stated timeframe. This impressed me since it was also well under the 45min. wait time alone, quoted by a competitor. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. Great job, and thank you again!

Things went well. The technician was on time. He was quick, polite and through. He let me in w that he was not able to get the keyless dead bolt that I needed. I was left trying to find it myself. At least he was nice enough to let me know. Everything else was fine.
