This was a waste of my time. I needed a second set of keys for a vehicle, but when I went through the on the KeyMe terminal, it said I needed an attendant to help me complete the process. No explanation was given why. It was 1am at a Walmart, and I did not want to try and find someone to help for a self-service machine. I'm now going to find a brick and mortar key duplication facility to take the guesswork out of the process.

The guy was really grumpy and angry that I was quoted a key price of $175. He said he was loosing money. The key blank is under $50 retail on line so Mr Angry still made $125 for 25 minutes.

Best Locksmith in Central Ohio. We had to call them to come out on a Sunday to make a key for my uncle's Volkswagen that had been stolen and was now in possession of the Bexley Police Department. Apparently, the suspect was not in possession of the key when the officer spotted her searching through the trunk. It was an expensive experience, but the locksmith was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to make a new key and ensured us the old key would no longer start the car. Total for house call on Sunday evening to make new electronic key to start Volkswagen: $240

I came to this establishment last week and got two sets of keys made for my doors. As I went home I noticed that the keys didn't work for my security door I just now made it back up to this tablet shipment today where the owner the man helped me and last time the woman helped me his wife. The wife made me two sets of keys for one door and I need it two copies of each door as I explained to the husband he was not willing to fix the problem or even give me any compensation for it. He said he needed to validate with his wife that this transaction in mistake really happened on their part so I ended up getting two keys made for the right key and I paid for it with my money. The owner man then proceeded to curse at me and have a attitude because he was irritated and annoyed about this problem and situation that the company made their selves. I've been going there for about ten years since I was a child and lived in the neighborhood and they have lost my business now because this was a simple fix and he made it a big deal and I still ended up paying for my keys. Now when I go home I hope the keys work and if they don't I will be going back up there tomorrow. I do not recommend this place they also do not fix their mistakes or even admit to making a mistake.

Another great landmark will be gone soon. I'm sorry to see it go. Great value and service for 52 years. His kids and grandkids have other things to do then to take over the legacy that was built and run the family business. It's a shame.
