Service took a little longer than expected but that was an issue on AAA's end. Lost my key and the guy hooked me up with a new one! Was very easy going and easy to get along with. When I locate my original key I will be re-programming it through Gold Locksmith. Thank you so much!

This was a waste of my time. I needed a second set of keys for a vehicle, but when I went through the on the KeyMe terminal, it said I needed an attendant to help me complete the process. No explanation was given why. It was 1am at a Walmart, and I did not want to try and find someone to help for a self-service machine. I'm now going to find a brick and mortar key duplication facility to take the guesswork out of the process.

The guy was really grumpy and angry that I was quoted a key price of $175. He said he was loosing money. The key blank is under $50 retail on line so Mr Angry still made $125 for 25 minutes.

We bought a used car and only had the valet key. Jim at Craley's was a big help. He was professional, affordable, and quick, which is a combination that's hard to beat. He was also personable and funny, which goes a long way with me. We came away with a new master key, a fob, and peace of mind, because he erased all other keys from the computer memory, something we never would have known to ask for. Highly recommend!

Wonderful business! All employees were very friendly. I basically killed my kfob by dropping it on the ground it went into several pieces. I went into the store. the fobs were ordered and within a couple days I had the new fobs. The gentleman programmed them to my car and I was in and out quite quickly. Two days after getting the keys to our new home, I managed to get one of them stuck in the doorknob--- and then I broke the doorknob trying to get it out. We contacted Craley's and they said they would be able to send someone the next afternoon. Then they called and said they could squeeze us in that day, which was great. I thought we would have to purchase a whole new doorknob but they said they could fix the current knob and save us money by just re-keying the door instead of buying a whole new lock. The tech that came out was friendly and worked quickly. We asked for five copies and he said he miscounted so he gave us an extra one for free! Excellent, reasonably priced company-- I would absolutely recommend.
