Just moved out here and it's a shame this is the only "hardware" supply store. Id rather drive to Sherman to get what I need. They are sssooo rude in this store. Anytime I need paint it's a HUGE inconvenience to the cashier's standing around. One time I was buying some little $0.99 bolts and the cashier rung them up $15 each thinking I wouldn't notice. I noticed and her attitude changed quick. The employees are super rude if you need any help. Definitely won't be spending my money here again. I'd rather waste the diesel to go out of town.

This place is awesome...you won't get customer service like this at the big chain stores. A young woman helped me find all of the plumbing supplies I needed to make my repair and let me tell you, Jack - this girl knew her business and knew that store front to back. Great job!

Went in today and was looking for medication for my goat. Winston came and helped me locate the medication, looked up information for me, and was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with his customer service skills and his friendliness. Then I found out that today was his first day on the job… he is a keeper for sure. The cashiers and supervisor Crystal were also very friendly. I appreciate all of you!
