locked my keys in my car and they got them out super quick! only had to wait 30 minutes for the technician to arrive and the customer service was fantastic. kinda pricey for just popping my lock but overall great!

Do not use their service! Their locksmiths don’t even know what to do. He literally was calling to someone to ask how to open a locked door! How’s that possible? When I said that I want to call someone else to fix the problem he yelled at me. The process took almost 2 hours and now I have to change the lock. Don’t recommend them at all to anyone!.

Called them to change the lock on the front door. They promised me to come within 30 minutes. But I waited for them for 3,5 hours!!!! And when the tech finally came he didn't even say sorry. At the end I was overcharged almost 250$ for awful service. And my door is damaged now because he was in a hurry for another call! The worst locksmith service ever with rude and unprofessional and irresponsible staff! I wouldn't recommend them even to my enemies!!!

Ripped me off. I paid 292$ for installation of the new lock and 4 days later it doesn’t work anymore. And they don’t want to change it or return my money! They just pretend that they never installed nothing for me. Poor quality, even poorer service!

Locked my keys in my car late at night (stuuupid!) coming home from a long day at work. The locksmith came right away and was able to get the car open for me. He was a really nice guy and the price seemed fair...especially considering it was 11 pm!
