David was the best, his customer service was truly amazing, I needed his help to rekey a lock on a commercial building, once he opened the lock it was really messed up. The previous locksmith really done a number on it, they even shaved down the closing plate on the side of the lock, due to David’s professionalism and know how, he was able to fix the old lock and saved me upwards of $300. I will be using him again on my next project in the upcoming months. On top of everything he did, his price was great. Thank you.

Poor customer service. I called on 5/8 at 2:45 pm and was told that a tech would be in touch to schedule a service call. I called back 5/14 to ask if they'd forgotten about me. I was told that I never called them (even though it's on my call log), and that they do not perform the service I requested. The lady I talked with just kept talking over me every time I tried to explain why I was calling and refused to listen to anything I said. She kept saying "I don't understand". I'd say it's incredibly difficult to understand someone when you absolutely refuse to listen. I would never recommend this business based on my interaction with her. Rude and disrespectful.
