I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

When I was locked out of my restaurant, I called KeyMe and by God they seemed to actually care about making sure my situation was taken care of, and that speaks volumes. I ended even cancelling their service due to one of my business partners making a rash decision. However, in the end the guys over at KeyMe showed compassion as well as professionalism and for that they deserve recognition. Stay away from these guys. They made us wait for 40 mins when we were 5 mins from its place and they said they did not take long. We called them because they were the closest. The guy arrived and open the trunk in couple mins, and they charged us 160.00 !! I called to complain about it, and they could not explain why so expensive when the starting price is 30.00. and the girl on phone hung up on me. Worst customer service ever.
