They re-keyed the new house I purchased plus added dead bolt locks to important doors. He quoted me over the phone, arrived in less than an hour, told me exactly how long the job would take and ensured I was comfortable before he left. Very friendly. Would 100% use this company again!

Called the front desk to ask for the name of an employee to leave an honest review about how she handled (or rather failed to handle) professionally communicating with a client and her lack of consideration and general respect for people who turn to Sherlock Locksmith for assistance. Front desk was just as useless and also refused to provide customer service with no valid reason for ignoring the request. After not being able to come up with a reason, he decided to just hang up the phone on me. I think that the Rowlett location would benefit from training their employees on basic professionalism skills as they clearly all lack that common skillset. They showed no respect or value for my time on my day off so I intend to reciprocate the same treatment by bringing this issue to management personnel above them

I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

This towing service was recommended by the autoshop fixing my truck. Very pleasant on the phone. Corey showed right on time. He was very nice, empathic to the situation...pushed my truck all by himself to get it up on wrecker. Gave me good vibes for a good out come with the impending repairs.

Aaron with Cathey Towing was the absolute best this past Thursday March 18. I was involved in a wreck on Lakeview Pkwy and was able to restart my truck after a collision with a driver that pulled out in front of me as I was headed east bound in the center lane. The collision bent my front bumper back onto my front right tire so I was not able to drive it without doing further damage to my tire and truck....Aaron attached a chain and pulled my bumper back off of the tire and this allowed me the ability to drive it home safely without doing further damage. Aarons friendly courteous help was much needed and much appreciated. Thank you Cathey Towing for such a helpful and friendly driver. Thank you Aaron!
