Charged me 215 dollars for a service of unlocking my car then I called and they couldn’t give me a proper answer highly do not recommend this junk yard of a place and horrible customer service.

Not located at this address. I called to find location. Poor phone etiquette. He said he was a locksmith. When I asked about getting house keys made, he said he doesn’t do house keys, told me I had the wrong number, and hung up on me.

I was a little skeptical, but the key for my 2015 Tacoma arrived in the mail about a week after ordering and it worked just as it was supposed to. The price was, of course, much lower than the dealer for a new key. I may have been able to save a couple more dollars calling around to local locksmiths and talking them down a bit, but the speed and convenience made this an easy decision. No doubt I'll use them again if I need a key.

I gave them a call about my bmw bc my dad referred me and at first service was cool then I received a call from the tech and he was absolutely and extremely rude and told me he couldn’t help and hung up on me then I called back 3 times and was answered and hung up on each time untill I spoke to a lady who said she was over night supervisor said her name was “sally” then I asked for corporate number she said call back in the morning and hung up in my face as well I would like some one from corporate to actually contact me as soon as possible
