I was having trouble w my security door lock (rental manager hadn't fixed the problem after reporting it). The technician was on time, very professional, and explained how to use the lock. I accidentally locked myself out of my house and I urgently needed to get inside as my daughter was alone in there. I hired these guys for the same. It was quite impressive that they arrived at the location on time. They quickly designed a spare key without damaging the ignition.

I had 2 keys and made 2 copies of each of them. None of the 4 keys I bought worked in either door - they went in but didn't turn. However, KeyMe was pretty good to arrange a full refund via email, hence not 1-star, but I still wouldn't ever use them again. If you are going to use them: a money-saving tip: cancel out of the process after you've begun - I was offered a 25% discount to go ahead. This is pretty necessary given that it's $10/key (but also buy 2 get 3rd free, mix & match).
