Hired D & M Locksmith to modify the locks in my house. They arrived at my residence as per scheduled. Quickly changed the lock systems with the top security lock combinations. Also, they handed me 2 sets of spare keys with a 0% extra charge. Happy to hire!!

Artur is very friendly, really seems to like what he does for work, and he did a good job. He looooooves animals and was very good with my new puppy and was in and out very quickly. Now, unfortunately, his level of communication is not great. I gave him 5 stars at first, but I've had to lower that score because he was supposed to be getting back to me about fixing my front door, and I've not heard back from him. I would call him again, but he needs to up his level of professionalism. Thank

Excellent service and very professional. I got my locks re-keyed the next day. Artur is very skilled at his craft. He worked very efficiently and the fees are reasonable. He went above and beyond and helped me reset my garage door, too. Everything works perfectly now. I’d definitely call for their service again. Highly recommend.

I called this company based on the great Google reviews and am glad I did. Within minutes of calling, Artur (the company owner) returned my call with a quote and was able to come change my mailbox lock within a few hours. He was flexible with timing, very friendly, and had a great sense of humor. The job was done in less than 10 minutes! Hands down the best price in town- would definitely use him again in the future.

Have gone year many times over the last year and have always had a good experience. The staff was mains, helpful, and even helped cut some piping for me at no charge instead of making me buy cutters just to use once. Fair prices and great location.

They have instituted a "no returns / no exchanges" policy. That is frankly obnoxious. We are 9 months into Covid-19 and it is clear from major studies and CDC information that the disease is not spread. So this is just a money grab. I had no trouble exchanging another holiday gift, but this store refused exchanging for the correct sized work gloves.
