The service was truly fantastic! I got the entire lock-system upgraded by their locksmith after an incident of security breach by an intruder in to my office. His knowledge was exceptional about his field. He did an excellent work for fair price. Incredible commercial locksmith services.

This is a great place! The staff is super helpful and helped us pick out everything we needed for a few projects, including making a floating shelf, hanging a projector screen, and hanging some curtains. As a couple of novices, the advice was priceless! They carried all of the supplies we needed for a reasonable price, including tools for purchase or for RENT. I will definitely be back next time I have another project in my mind.

Superb customer service! I was visiting SUNY Downstate Medical Center for a doctor's appointment. I happen to ride my e-bike to my appointment. My combination lock chain didn't allow me to unlock my bike after my appointment. I was super frustrated. I Googled a hardware store that has a chain cutter. Home Value Hardware came up, and thankfully they did have one. The owner was very helpful in suggesting which bike cutter to rent (the really BIG one lol). Yes, he rents tools and equipment to you instead of you purchasing one for a more money. He even offered his help if I needed it should I have trouble cutting the chain by myself. He told me to call him if I needed his help. Unfortunately, I needed help so I had to call him. I couldn't do it on my own. It was a very thick chain. The owner came a few blocks down on his e-bike to help me cut the chain off my bike. Together we were successful! I've never been to a hardware store that went above and beyond to help you! The owner saved my day. Trust me, I was super frustrated and so over the situation but thankfully he came to my aid. Thank you so very much! I highly recommend them. I even purchased a new bike chain and lock. Super affordable. Bought my original lock from an actual bike store in South Slope Brooklyn that was $50, I bought a separate chain and lock from here that came up to under $40. It made me happy to know that I wasn't being overcharged. The next time I'm in the neighborhood and need something I will definitely stop by.
