I cannot believe how rude the staff was. Both on phone when we confirmed they were open and to ask if they had specific screws in stock, and the incompetence when I arrived to ask for the screws. I purchased the screws which were incorrectly picked out of a box by the employee (probably the owner). When he asked me if I wanted to check if they were right, he would not even really hand me the box but instead hovered over it without showing me. I doubt it was deliberate and instead tack it up to sheer incompetence, but I certainly didn’t appreciate the unnecessary snide remarks. Go elsewhere.

The staff were nice and helpful. I went to get a copy of keys made and at other local stores I have got faulty keys so it was my first time coming here. Turns out two out of the three keys they made me do work. The building key is perfect and one of the keys for my apt door works well. Unfortunately the other one for my door is not reliable so I can't use it. Next time I'd like to go somewhere that can reliably copy all my keys successfully.

Got copy’s of my key here, three to be exact and they didn’t work. Went to return it with the receipt and I even showed them my purchase on my bank account and they still didn’t help me, even after I asked if I could return the keys when I first purchased them and they told me that I could if it was within 30 days. I literally went there two days later. Had to wait while the men went back and forth deciding what to do with my keys, eventually I just left the keys there without a refund or a set of actual working keys. Horrible service.
