This review is delayed but well-deserved. We had a problem with a doorknob on an interior door. We asked Richard if he could help us, even though we weren't sure it was really a locksmith job. He came by, replaced the doorknob and even added a lock high on the door out of reach of our toddler when we expressed concern about the toddler one day pulling a Houdini.
