Fantastic experience! I walked into Buffums with a broken safe and no appointment. The 2 guys (one of them is the owner) jumped right in to fix the lock. Nobody in my household could do it, so I was really in a jam, and these guys were not going to quit until they got the safe open. It took about 20 minutes but they did it, smiling the whole way! Their new shop on Mobile Ave. is beautiful. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I like to support local business. Not very often that I would have a need for a locksmith. Lived in Camarillo for decades and did not know Buffum’s was around (across the street from B&B). Had an issue with my lock on my gate - key getting stuck . When I went to Buffums they were busy (I think that’s a good sign). When my turn came around Scott took a look at the lock, took it apart, cleaned and adjusted and the lock was fixed. Less than five minutes and he was done. Very professional. Just finished reinstalling lock and everything works fine. If I have a need for a locksmith I’m going back to Buffums Safe and Lock.

I used Buffums Safe & Lock Service for a new deadbolt installation. Alex is a super nice guy who if you're interested is loaded with useful security information. His work is impeccable, he's fast and he's fair. He even tuned up my other locks on the door. Alex was getting calls and was working while answering them hands free. Most were spam calls. I asked him why he didn't just use his voicemail and learned that he ALWAYS answers his phone no matter what he's doing, it's a matter of being a good locksmith , reliability ! I highly recommend this charming second generation locksmith who knows what he's doing, takes great pride in his work and excellent service, and has a fondness for working on everything from antique locks to key less systems.
