I had house key copies made at this kiosk in my local Vons. I loved how convenient and easy it was and they had a deal of buy one get one free. My favorite part is that they store the information and if i need another key, I can just go to the kiosk, enter my email address and scan my finger and it will make a key for me! Never have to be worried about being locked out ever again. Such a great service.

Went to a kiosk in a grocery store for key copying; the machine did not stock the key I needed so I opted to have a scan done by the machine and the keys were mailed to me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the keys just a few days later and they worked perfectly!

This is more of a complaint about Google search than KeyMe. I searched specifically for a locksmith. KeyMe is NOT a locksmith. It's an automated kiosk that can replicate "some" keys. It cannot do wave keys which are used on most modern vehicles. I wasted my time using Google maps which took me to Vons (aka "not a locksmith) where inside I find this vending machine for old fashioned keys.

Absolutely trash!! i duplicated my house key at the KeyMe machine and i was so excited to try it out, it actually had a pretty cool design on it. so i tried it out on my front door deadbolt and it got jammed i had to fight with it for like 15 minutes and then it broke on me. so i spend like 30 minutes playing with it till i called a local locksmith that came out and helped take the key out of the lock and unlock the door. they also made another key for me that actually works. anyway stay away from that KeyMe mickey mouse b$#llsh@t and use a real locksmith that is licensed to cut keys.
