Came over quick, but they sent a kid that spent an hour trying to lock pick our doors. After he called someone else to come over, they quickly looked at the lock and said it would need drilled out. They got me in but then I found out that the first guy had ruined the lock on my back door trying to pick it as well. I payed them $70 to destroy the lock on two of my doors. They didn't have any replacement locks with them either, so I had to go to the hardware store and find a replacement and spend the evening fixing them myself. Wish the older gentleman would have been sent instead. I would only have to replace one lock then.

Fast and reasonably priced. Would have given a 5 but I had to wait two days. They advertise emergency but apparently, Sundays and holiday's don't fall under that category.

Called for possible appointment. They asked for our information including credit card info. We firmly explained that we were trying to find the key we lost before scheduling the appointment. They asked for our cars vin#. The next day We found the key we lost in a desperate attempt to save our family money. My wife called the company and told them of our good luck! Later that day we found they charged our bank account $187 for NOTHING! No visit! No key! No signature! NO RECEIPT! NOTHING! Of course this was very agitating! We called to clear up the obvious mistake and soon found out we were being screwed! The basic info they took was a sure fire way to get them money! I’m sure these guys have helped a lot of people! But this was not the case on our end! Please do not give these people your info unless you absolutely choose to use their services or lose your money for no services!
