We had two different keys that we attempted to have made, the door key was no problem and the second key was to a lock, the machine took the key in and went thru it's series and gave us the keys, the keys did not match, the folks at Lowes had no idea what to do, so we will call the company.

Making a copy of my house key using minute key machine was convenient. Unfortunately, the minute mad copy didn't work and ended thrown away. Very disappointed. . .☹️

We had a fan full of dogs and the keys were locked in the car. Tristan came out and fought the cold and darkness to get the door unlocked. After all of this he helped us get the van unstuck which was a HUGE help. I cannot tell you how helpful and professional Tristan was during the difficult project. I even tried to pay him extra money for getting us unstuck and he refused. Great guy and I would 100% recommend and use again

HIGHLY recommend David’s Lock & Key!! I was locked out of my car on Columbia Square and had to move my car quickly so I wouldn’t be ticketed. I called David’s Lock & Key and they showed up within 10 minutes. Tim was very professional, kind, and quickly unlocked my car! I went back to their shop and they made me an extra key within minutes to have on hand in case this happened again. Very happy with the service provided and the price was great too!

IN and OUT! Called ahead of time to make sure the key duplication staff was onsite (rather than on call). Got the go ahead to drop by. $38 to duplicate my fob (taxes included). Process was done in less than 5 mins. Thanks guys!
