This was such an unexpectedly easy process to get keys duplicated! Everything was quick and easy and best of all, the keys all worked!

I had copies of an original key (less than a year old) made and the copies don’t exactly work. Two are difficult to use, one is nearly impossible. The copies don’t even look like the original. They are thinner and have shorter peaks and shallower valleys than the original. The machine is very easy to use, but it attempts to determine the original shape based on an assumption that the sample is worn and that gave me keys that don’t work.

It is good to have Keyme in so many locations and it is convenient, also not expensive, but the machine doesn’t support all kinds of keys:(

This is a great idea and seems like a very good option to duplicate keys almost 24/7, but in my case the keys didn't work, so the experience is not that good. To be fair, I did get the refund, so there's that.

Had 2 sets of keys made. One set worked fine. It was my fault that I didn't see that it would take a week to get it delivered... but it got delivered and worked so it wasn't the best, but there is no problem there. The second set of keys that were made were not even close. I reached out to customer service and they took care of a refund right away, which was good. Asked for some discount code for a new set since I still need keys, but nope, just ignored the request. Considering all of the time that was wasted to go get keys, waiting a week for the keys, having keys that did not work, it would have been nice to get something for the inconvenience.
