great business idea, super convenient, brilliant lockout prevention! I deducted one star because the price seems to be a bit high to me. If there is no buy 2 get 1 free promotion, I may wait till regular business hours to copy my key. (i.e. people may just use it for emergency due to the price.)

great, quick and efficient way to have more keys made. location of being in the local safeway made it easy to get 2 things done at once. wish i had used the fingerprint feature incase I get locked out in the future.

Quick, convenient, little pricey

The keys seemed a little different that the original one, but they worked perfectly. I like that they keep the key shape on file so if I lose my keys, I can easily get it replaced. It was very convenient to have it made at the kiosk at Safeway.
