So so courteous and helpful. Came when expected and was able to problem solve on the spot. Completed the job despite encountering some unexpected complications - we live in a very old home and had just moved in when we needed a lock change so we weren't familiar with the needs of the house. Very trustworthy and responsive!

Basically just took my money because the key was not accurate at all. I can't use. The only reason I'm giving it one star is for the convenience. Will not be using it again. I'd rather have it done the ole fashioned way!!!

We went and used the minute key machine at Lowe’s. We purchased 3 keys, 2 for my husband and 1 for my daughter, none of them worked good when we got them home. They don’t open the door good, and they get stuck once the door is open. We had to discard them in the trash! Very disappointed!!
