I called to have the locks rekeyed at my mother's home. The price I was given over the phone was totally different from what I was charged. I called to inquire about it and I was told the price I was give over the phone was the "starting price". No one ever used the word "starting price" when I called. This was very misleading and underhanded. Before you comment with the "we've never serviced this customer" lie. I can and will post a receipt that proves otherwise. My mother is elderly and felt she was preyed upon. I should have followed my first thought and called Dixie Lock for her.
